Bryant Parker, Partner
Bryant brings over 16 years’ experience to the firm, including extensive representation of entrepreneurs and companies in all matters concerning formation, financing, property acquisition and corporate affairs. When an anticipated transaction involves illiquid assets, Bryant’s clients benefit from his extensive real estate transactional and development experience, as well as his advanced degrees in taxation and entrepreneurship-related matters. Every business and each transaction is inherently unique, and Bryant enjoys applying his multi-disciplinary approach to craft solutions that keep deals on track and eliminate barriers to doing business.
Bryant takes a servant-leadership approach to the practice of law, and believes it is the attorney’s job in any transaction to help “connect the dots” and provide clients with options that best fit their needs. Personal investment in each client’s success, and a consistent vision to provide advice that fits both the short- and long-term goals of each enterprise that he serves are the guiding principles behind Bryant’s practice of law.
