Sheila Seck, Managing Partner

Sheila focuses her practice on assisting entrepreneurs as they launch their business and encounter change as they grow. She works closely with growing companies, established businesses, and investors to develop solutions to the broad range of challenges they encounter in running their businesses.  She works with clients on managing founder relationships and ownership issues, corporate governance for new and established companies, protecting intellectual property, financing issues, including state and federal securities laws, and preparing business owners to sell their companies.

Randy Simmons, Senior Attorney

Randy is a dedicated, flexible, versatile, and detail-oriented attorney with substantial experience working with clients in establishing businesses, managing ownership issues, corporate governance, protecting intellectual property rights and negotiating complex commercial transactions.

He is highly experienced in handling regulatory matters with government agencies such as OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA and DHS in the Manufacturing, Agri-business, Technology and Service industries. Randy has degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, Environmental, Health & Safety, a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma and is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.

Jessica Das, Associate Attorney

Jessica is an Associate Attorney at Seck & Associates. Jessica graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2022 where she became interested in business and privacy law. After graduating law school, she worked in the privacy law field before joining Seck & Associates. Jessica also has a unique understanding of the KC startup ecosystem, where she has volunteered and attended many industry events.

At Seck & Associates, Jessica assists with an array of business, corporate, and privacy law matters. Jessica’s passion for helping entrepreneurs, attention to detail, and interest in finding new ways to solve problems help the firm meet the needs of its clients.

Sheila Rodriguez, Project Manager

With over 28 years of experience in Program Management and Business Development, Sheila has demonstrated her leadership skills as a team lead. She boasts a track record of success, having spearheaded over 16 program launches from conception to execution, consistently meeting or surpassing deadlines and budgets.

At Seck & Associates, Sheila assists with variety of operational matters. Her proactive, energetic and helpful nature, combined with her attention to detail, will help the firm exceed the expectations of our clients.

Michael Seck, Head of Marketing & Technology

Michael brings half a decade of marketing and tech experience to Seck Advisor Group. Aftrer graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2018 with degrees in Music and Computer Science, he has been in charge of marketing efforts across multiple industries.

As Head of Marketing and Technology, Michael leads all efforts in Marketing, Social Media Management, IT, and other technical areas.
